Job Qualifications:
- Planning/Tracking Substation Equipment
- Must have extensive Transmission and Substation knowledge
- Must be able to read one - line diagrams

Background:
- Planning and Scheduling Equipment
- Single point of contact to keep up with mobile equipment
- Where is it, status, when can it be used next, does it need a repair
- Following repair process

Travel: Some travel to substations to see the layout to see how equipment could be installed to use the equipment

Software:
- Microstation -- not required they will teach it
- Excel

Years of experience: 5 years plus of experience with Transmission and Substation

Hours: 4:10s ideally

Duration: 12-month contract

Some travel required and use of personal vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed

Preferred qualifications for the Mobile Planner Position:
- Preferred Transmission substation background
- Proficient in computer skills, especially excel, possibly MicroStation
- Plans and schedules mobile equipment for all projects in development and execution phases of construction
- Familiar with substation equipment and functions
- Prepares one lines for mobile equipment installations
- Sends one lines to Distribution contacts to get approval of Distribution side of equipment
- Requests relay settings from P&C Engineering
- Follows repairs through the corrective process for each piece of equipment
- Single point of contact for mobile equipment status and availability of all temporary equipment
- Travel required to substations for site visits to view locations for mobile installations

- Facilitate implementation of the annual work plan for all projects on the planning horizon. Consult with stakeholders to gather annual work plan data, set priorities, and make adjustments needed to effectively match work and resources for work balance (levelization).
- Deliver a cost effective and efficient resource plan to the scheduling function. - -
- Monitor and optimize long range implementation plan and direct required schedule changes.
- Initiate and conduct monthly work plan meetings with stakeholders to ensure that business goals and objectives are being met by adhering to the plan and making necessary adjustments.
