Supervising project activities related to high voltage transmission lines, transmission line structures (both steel and wood), drilled piers, spread footings, grounding, environmental compliance, substation equipment, substation structures, substation electrical systems, and substation controls.
Overseeing the overall construction process, including safety protocols, craft productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, materials management, scheduling, engineering, and adherence to project contracts.
Ensuring subcontractor compliance with contractual obligations on T&D-related construction activities.
Fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, working closely with client representatives, A/E teams, and other contractors.
Collaborating with project management to develop and implement project procedures, documentation, and standards.
