Are you a hands-on Project Manager with a passion for power infrastructure? We�re hiring for a Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Project Manager to lead the execution of high-voltage substation and transmission line projects. This role is 100% onsite in Maitland, FL and offers a strong opportunity for long-term growth.

What You�ll Do

Manage all project phases: development, engineering, permitting, construction, and closeout
Lead multiple concurrent transmission and substation projects
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Interface with clients, contractors, permitting agencies, and internal teams
Implement project controls and ensure execution aligns with scope, timeline, and budget

What We�re Looking For

7+ years of progressive T&D project management experience (including construction phase)
Proven experience in T&D � substation and/or transmission line projects are required
Primavera P6 experience for project scheduling
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (�Completed� must be included in education listing)
Strong communication, cost management, and risk evaluation skills
PMP certification is a plus
