Construction Schedule Coordinator
Location: Various (Travel required; mileage reimbursed)
Role Overview:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction and maintenance work across multiple locations. You will manage work schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure projects stay on track while keeping all stakeholders informed.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily work schedules with internal teams and contractors.
Hold regular scheduling meetings to review plans and strategies.
Adjust schedules based on workload, priorities, and available resources (including overtime and contractors).
Communicate schedule updates, changes, and priorities to all stakeholders.
Manage backlog of scheduled work and assist with overall design and construction planning.
Work with customers to set appointments, schedule outages, and resolve inquiries.
Support field supervision during storm restoration or when supervisors are unavailable.
Work with Inside Plant management to schedule capital and O&M projects.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required).
Experience in commercial nuclear power plant operations, engineering, planning, maintenance, or construction.
Strong understanding of computerized scheduling systems and maintenance information systems.
Experience Level Guidelines:
Intermediate: Up to ~4 years in similar role; some supervision needed.
Advanced: 4+ years; works mostly independently.
Expert: 7+ years; operates with minimal oversight and sees broader project impact.
