Summary
Responsible for scheduling and coordinating field service operations, including technician dispatch, material planning, and customer communication. Acts as the central point of contact between customers, field supervisors, project managers, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution of HVAC and energy system service projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service activities and assign technicians based on skills and availability
Schedule personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
Dispatch technicians and notify customers; generate work orders
Communicate with Field Technician Supervisors and Project Managers
Review and forward project documentation
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve service issues
Track service and project progress in internal systems
Work with Parts & Procurement teams as needed
Generate and interpret various operational reports
Qualifications
Certificate from college/technical school OR 6 months to 3 years of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Preferred: Knowledge of Energy Management, HVAC, or Temperature Control systems
Good communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, graphs)
Valid Driver License - Few Field Visits
