We are currently seeking U.S.-based Technical Directors, Superintendents, and Field Engineers to support outage projects across the country starting this fall. These are high-impact, hands-on roles for individuals who can manage the scope, lead teams, and execute complex turbine and generator maintenance projects.

Who We’re Looking For
Professionals with:
1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience working on steam turbines and generators (gas turbine experience a plus).
2. Background leading or supporting outage execution in power generation.
3. Proven ability to manage jobsite safety, tooling, schedules, and team coordination.
4. Experience with OEM equipment (GE, Alstom, Westinghouse).
5. Familiarity with MS Office; Microsoft Project experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)
Technical Directors / Project Leads
1. Oversee full project lifecycle including outage planning, site safety, execution, and closeout.
2. Manage site financials, staffing levels, and customer interface.
3. Serve as primary site authority and mentor to field teams.
Superintendents
1. Lead crews during outage execution.
2. Enforce safety and quality control standards.
3. Support critical lifts, rigging plans, and coordination of field labor and tooling.
Field Engineers
1. Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair steam and/or gas turbines and generators.
2. Perform field modifications, preventive maintenance, and calibrations.
3. Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication with clients.

Required Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience (no degree required).
2. Ability to manage technical issues independently and drive results.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. U.S. work authorization and valid driver’s license.
5. Must be able to obtain: OSHA 30, TWIC, background check, drug screen.
6. Ability to travel nationwide for outage-based assignments.
