Must-Haves:
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering
License: Professional Engineer (PE) – Civil or Structural
Experience: 5–10 years in civil/structural engineering within electric utility projects
Tools/Software: STAAD, MathCAD, L-Pile
Skills: Steel & Concrete Design, Civil/Structural Work, Storm Water Management
Top 3 Skills:
Electric Utility Experience
STAAD Proficiency
Steel/Concrete Design & Civil Works
Deal Breakers:
No electric utility project experience
Not willing to work 5 days onsite
