Spencer Ogden is currently seeking a Construction Leader to support capital projects at a Power Plant in West Virginia. This role will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards, and providing leadership on boiler and balance of plant systems.

What We’re Looking For:

-3+ years in a supervisory role in power generation or heavy industrial projects.

-Hands-on experience with boilers, turbines, generators, pumps, motors & control systems.

-Willingness to work extended shifts/weekends during outages.

-Strong construction knowledge, OSHA 10 preferred.

Pay:

Dependent on experience: $50-$76 (Per Diem GSA and MOB/DE MOB)
