An established marine and heavy civil construction firm is seeking a Project Engineer to support field operations, safety compliance, and project execution on large-scale marine projects.

Must Have:

BS in Civil, Ocean Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

5+ years of marine or heavy civil construction experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.)

Ability to enforce MSHA, OSHA, and Corps of Engineers safety policies

Eligible for TWIC credential

Highly Preferred:

Experience with USACE projects and familiarity with EM 385-1-1 safety standards

Completed EM 385-1-1 training for SSHO or QC Manager roles

Nice to Have:

Surveying (hydrographic/topographic), Hypack, or HeavyBid experience
