The Senior Testing & Commissioning Manager (ST&CM) leads and oversees all testing and commissioning (T&C) phases of high-voltage substation projects, including both greenfield and brownfield developments. This role is responsible for energization planning, system readiness, and validation of primary, protection & control (P&C), automation & integration (A&I), SCADA, and cybersecurity systems. The ST&CM ensures alignment with Customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commissioning plans
- Support energization activities and operational readiness
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
- Maintain compliance with utility standards and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues and validate operational performance

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years experience in testing & commissioning
- Strong background in substations, relay testing, or T&D systems
- Utility experience required
