Hope you are having a great day. My name is Lily, and I am currently supporting one of our clients in their efforts to grow their team with the addition of a Civil Superintendent!

This is a 1-year+ W2 contract position potential to extend or convert. It is located in Freer, TX and there is a per diem of $150/day. The pay is between $55-60/hour depending on experience and the schedule is 5/10s.

The Civil Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the assigned project(s) in order to achieve safe, timely and profitable completion of each project. Plans, organizes, and supervises specific portions of construction work for an assigned area of a construction project. Responsible for the construction scheduling of the civil related activities of the subcontractors to confirm the completion of contractual construction activities. Maintains continuity of job progress and maximizes efficiencies related to the assigned area.
