PTAG Capital Management Firm is delivering a 115kV–345kV substation expansion in Augusta, ME that includes foundation upgrades, trenching for new A/B control cable systems, grounding enhancements, and installation of breakers, switches, and bus work to support increased system capacity. Work also includes relay panel integration, cable terminations, and phased testing.

The PCA/Scheduler supports schedule development, progress tracking, outage/milestone coordination, and reporting across civil, electrical, and P&C workstreams.
