PTAG is managing a multi-stage 115kV–345kV substation expansion in Augusta, ME, involving civil site development, installation of new high-voltage equipment, grounding and trenching upgrades, control system enhancements, and full P&C modernization including relay/SCADA testing and energization. The PM leads scope, schedule, cost, risk, contractor performance, outage planning, and project delivery through commissioning and closeout.
