Duties include troubleshooting equipment, providing technical guidance, assisting with projects, coordinating contractors, participating in outages and reliability programs, and promoting process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years experience, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and on teams. Project management experience and familiarity with engineering software are a plus.
