The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 -8 years of experience, advanced 3D CAD proficiency, strong knowledge of industry standards, and experience in thermal, structural, and sheet metal design. Preferred background includes PLM/PDM systems, FEA, custom engineering, data center equipment, lean/DFM, and seismic or environmental rating requirements.
