Job Overview

The EI&C Project Engineer III supports natural gas compression station projects, handling engineering deliverables for modifications and new construction. Works closely with project managers, engineers across disciplines, operations, maintenance, construction, vendors, and A&E firms to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Duties

Plan, design, construct, and maintain natural gas compression facilities
Lead or assist with engineering design, inspections, planning, specs, reports, permits, estimates, schedules, and field investigations
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Serve as on-site engineering representative as needed
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Provide accurate, ethical engineering services within budget and timeline
Travel to sites as required
Skills & Experience

5+ years EI&C engineering experience (Electrical or I&C; Control Systems preferred)
Industrial facility or gas compressor station experience
Procurement of engineered materials/equipment
Experience preparing engineering drawings and technical specifications
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, emergent work, and outages
Education

BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited) OR 10 years of relevant I&C/Electrical design experience
PE license preferred, not required
