My name is Lily, and I am currently supporting one of our clients in their efforts to grow their team with the addition of a Civil Construction Specialist!

This is a 2-year+ W2 contract position potential to extend or convert. It is located in Cayuga, IN and there is a per diem of $140/day. The pay is around $52/hour depending on experience and the schedule is 40-70 hrs a week with possible night shift coverage. Anything over 40 hours/week is paid time and a half.

The Construction Specialist provides contractor oversight for field activities. This includes adherence to drawings and specifications, coordination of activities with existing facility, and oversight safety, environmental, and QA/QC compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong Civil and concrete experience and must have a clear driving record as they will be driving a company vehicle on site.
