This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end design and integration of advanced factory automation and industrial control systems in a highly technical, fast-paced environment. The position combines electrical system architecture, PLC programming, robotics and safety system integration, and industrial networking, with ownership from initial concept and schematic design through commissioning and optimization. You will serve as a technical authority for complex system design decisions, perform hands-on troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic tools, and provide guidance to technicians and junior engineers to ensure high standards in documentation, build quality, and performance. A BS in Electrical Engineering (or related field), 4+ years of industrial automation experience, strong PLC and CAD proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot multi-system environments are required; experience with industrial Ethernet, robotics, and power distribution is strongly preferred.
