Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator manages the movement, scheduling, and placement of manpower, materials, and equipment between contractors and the owner. This role ensures efficient workflow, resolves field issues, and keeps all stakeholders informed. The position is onsite at Mount Storm Power Station (WV) supporting boiler work, turbine projects, controls, fuel systems, and other pressure-system work. Weekend and shift work may be required during outages.

Compensation & Requirements

$500 mobilization/demobilization (one-time at start and end).

Per diem (if eligible) at GSA CONUS rates.

Must have major power-plant experience (turbines, generators, pumps, motors, I&E systems, operations, BOP equipment).

Must meet physical requirements: confined space entry, climbing, respirator use, etc.

Highly motivated, independent, and strong communicator.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a strong safety and environmental compliance focus.

Spend at least 60% of the day in the field addressing contractor and project issues.

Provide inspection reports and status updates as needed.

Deliver feedback to contractors, engineers, safety teams, and management.

Understand Dominion’s Supplemental T&Cs, including safety and environmental requirements.
