Overview:
Mid-to-senior level SCADA Engineer / Project Manager to support the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) project — a 2,600 MW offshore wind farm located 27 miles off the coast of Virginia Beach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SCADA, communications, and commissioning activities for large-scale energy projects

Manage multi-network SCADA systems, supplier networks, and utility interconnections

Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and execution support across complex communications scopes

Coordinate installation, commissioning, and energized work activities

Track schedules, report progress, and support compliance documentation (including NERC)

Required Experience:

7+ years SCADA / communications systems experience

Experience with large-scale power generation or utility projects

Strong background in SCADA, controls, telecom, HMI, and project networks

Ability to work onsite and support commissioning and troubleshooting

Nice to Have:

Offshore or onshore wind experience

Experience with Siemens Gamesa, GE, Vestas, or SEMCO Maritime

Familiarity with NERC-CIP and power system communications

GWO certification (or ability to obtain)

PE license (plus, not required)

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
