Heavy Distribution Superintendent experience

Willing to work across PA locations

Electrical background required

Underground (UG) experience strongly preferred

Role Summary

Lead field operations for Transmission & Distribution projects to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable execution. Oversee subcontractors, safety, scheduling, quality, materials, and workforce while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities (Condensed)

Supervise T&D construction (distribution-heavy; some transmission)

Oversee safety, productivity, scheduling, and subcontractor performance

Manage field execution, materials, equipment, and staffing

Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, engineering, and clients

Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards

Track progress, approve field changes, RFIs, and reports

Conduct site audits, punch lists, testing walkdowns, and inspections

Maintain daily field reports and photo documentation

Experience & Requirements

T&D construction or craft supervision experience required

Education/Experience Path:

Bachelor’s + 7 years, OR

Associate’s + 9 years, OR

HS/GED + 11 years

Strong leadership, communication, and safety background

Microsoft Suite proficiency

Must meet company driving requirements
