Position Overview:
Location: West Olive, MI
Duration: 1-year W2 contract with potential to extend
Schedule: 5/8s
Pay: $55–60/hr (W2)

This role is part of the plant’s leadership team and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities across the facility. You would supervise and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and/or electrical equipment, and partner closely with operations and engineering to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. The position also involves developing maintenance schedules and procedures, training personnel, reviewing performance and time records, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
