SWA is seeking Bladers/Bucket Techs (Gas Turbines) for upcoming outages!

Pay: $30 - $45 hr ( will be based on experience, skills, and certifications)
Per Diem: Will vary per client and location
Shift: 6 - 12's (Sunday is the rest day)
Length of project: March 9th - April 19th 2026
Location: Missouri
All Travel, hotel, and rental covered by the company

Qualifications Requirements:

Must pass drug test and background check prior to starting!
OSHA 10
Valid driver's license
Resume showing Blading projects is required.
Must have experience with GE frame 5 and 7 Turbines
Must have 5 years of blader experience and be able to complete tasks unassisted
Primary Responsibilities:

Remove Curved axial entry buckets with the use of a blade spreader
Removing L-0 and L-1 axial entry blades (The L-1 require a hydraulic spreader)
Blade Removal and Installation
Blade Preparation
Blade Fitment and Modification
Blade Assembly and Repair
Turbine Testing
Use a spreader to complete tasks
