Project Overview

We are hiring experienced Industrial Electricians to support the electrical installation and integration of a bakery manufacturing production line in Bessemer, Alabama. This project includes conduit installation, cable tray runs, motor terminations, panel wiring, and startup support for automated manufacturing equipment.

This is a 17-week project structured as follows:

• Start: Calendar Week 14
• First 4 weeks: Limited crew
• 1-month project intermission
• 13-week full ramp-up phase
• Day shift only

Pay & Schedule

• $37.00 per hour
• 55 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Locals only (no per diem)

Key Responsibilities

• Install EMT, rigid conduit, and cable tray
• Pull and terminate wiring
• Perform motor terminations and panel wiring
• Assist with equipment power-up and testing
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and layout drawings
• Work alongside mechanical and controls teams
• Follow all site safety and badging requirements

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification (mandatory)
• Active Forklift Certification
• Active Boom Lift Certification
• Industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Must accept 1-month project intermission
