Trillium Construction is seeking Millwrights for a project in Red Oak, TX.

Key Responsibilities
• Material Handling:

Unload materials and equipment from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and rigging gear.
Skating, rigging, and moving materials and equipment safely throughout the site.
Stage and organize equipment and materials for installation.
• Equipment & System Installation:

Assist in setting and installing mechanical equipment, racks, and server infrastructure.
Use hoists, dollies, rollers, and other rigging devices to position equipment.
Perform bolt-up work on structural and mechanical systems.
Install and align piping systems (minor pipefitting as required).
• Tools & Machinery:

Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and other powered industrial trucks as needed.
Use hand and power tools such as torque wrenches, impact guns, levels, and alignment tools.
• Safety & Quality:

Follow all site safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Participate in daily safety meetings and job hazard analyses.
Ensure quality workmanship and proper installation per drawings and specifications.

Pay: $32
Per Diem: $100 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of industrial or construction millwright experience (data center experience a plus).
• Experience with rigging, material handling, and bolt-up installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and installation diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Pre-employment screenings
• Preferred: NCCER Basic Rigging or NCCCO Rigging lvl 1
