Senior Scheduler – Direct Hire | $130K–$150K

Direct‑hire Senior Scheduler supporting a 286MW simple‑cycle power generation project powering a data center
Requires approximately 75% onsite presence
Lead development and maintenance of Linear Schedule Method (LSM) and Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules
Create and manage cost‑ and resource‑loaded schedules, cash flow curves, earned value metrics, and KPIs
Collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement, estimating, suppliers, and trade partners to baseline and update project schedules
Align WBS with Financial Breakdown Structure to ensure accurate financial tracking
Perform schedule analysis, including time impact and risk assessments
Support productivity improvements, optimize work sequencing, and drive short‑interval scheduling
Produce reports, dashboards, and schedule updates for leadership and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with project controls standards and documentation requirements
Requires 6+ years of scheduling experience and advanced Primavera P6 proficiency (TILOS and Acumen a plus)
Experience with design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning on heavy construction, power delivery, or water infrastructure projects
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
