We are seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of three facilities—two in Lakewood, NJ, and one in Rising Sun, MD. Reporting to the General Manager and based in Lakewood, this role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations while managing staff, budgets, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in power plant operations, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, along with proven leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, a commitment to safety, and a focus on continuous operational improvement.
