This is a three-year assignment, with a target start sometime this month, as soon as possible, supporting field construction management for the confidential substation GIS project.

There will be no per diem or relocation provided, as this role is meant for a local individual.

The Construction Manager will:

Lead day-to-day construction oversight and coordination with the client and CM/Safety leadership.
Manage Procore-based daily logs and field documentation, ensuring accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders.
Support commercial/change-order work by providing field input on scope, quantities, and schedule impacts.
Oversee all aspects of construction and have experience with civil, structural, control rooms, GIS, environmental etc.
