In this role, you will coordinate and schedule all plant maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance, outage work, and equipment inspections. You will manage work orders in the CMMS system, collaborate with technicians, operations, and contractors, and ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate has experience in power plant or industrial maintenance, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to keep the plant running safely and reliably.
