About the Role

Our client, at Fortune 500 EPC contractor, is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead electrical transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure projects across North America. This is a remote-eligible position with travel to project sites as required by project phase and scope.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record delivering complex electrical T&D projects in an EPC contractor environment, with direct ownership of scope, schedule, and budget from award through closeout.

What You Will Do

- Lead full-cycle EPC project delivery for electrical transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure projects across North America
- Own project scope, schedule, and budget — direct financial accountability from contract award through final closeout
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams spanning engineering, procurement, and construction functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders throughout delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively; escalate as appropriate
- Maintain project controls and reporting in alignment with company standards
- Travel to project sites as required — frequency varies by project phase

What We Are Looking For

**Required:**
- 5 or more years of electrical Transmission and Distribution (T&D) project management experience — documented in employment history
- EPC contractor background with direct project delivery experience in utility or energy infrastructure — owner-side and advisory roles do not meet this requirement
- Demonstrated management of multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction
- Direct budget and schedule ownership — candidates with supporting or monitoring roles only will not meet this requirement

**Preferred:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP certification (active or lapsed considered)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, InEight, or Procore
- Experience across multiple T&D domains — transmission, substation, and distribution
