We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler with strong heavy industrial or power plant experience to support outage planning, preventive maintenance, and plant reliability initiatives. This role offers relocation assistance and requires proficiency in MS Project and CMMS systems (Maximo preferred). You will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, managing major outages, coordinating vendors and contractors, overseeing work orders, and supporting equipment reliability and improvement efforts. Additional responsibilities include RFPs, contract management, budgeting support, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to step into leadership responsibilities when needed while ensuring safe, efficient plant operations.
