We are seeking dependable Installers/Laborers to support on-site installation and service projects across Western New York. This role is ideal for hands-on individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working as part of a team on active job sites. Work includes pallet racking installation, dock equipment, and mezzanine construction at customer facilities.
Responsibilities
* Install pod systems at designated locations.
* Assist with installation and service of dock equipment and mezzanines.
* Follow safety procedures and job-site instructions.
* Work from project drawings, layouts, and direction from supervisors.

Essential Skills
* Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand and power tools.
* Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly.
* Ability to work outdoors and indoors in industrial/colder environments.
* Comfortable working as part of a 25 person crew.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in general labor, construction, production, hand tools, power tools, assembly, forklift operation, and carpentry.
* Reliable transportation.

Work Environment

The work environment involves working on your feet for 8-10 hours a day in non-temperature controlled settings, especially for the first 4 weeks. You will work in small groups to create pods and the work hours are 1st shift from 7:30am-4:00pm.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
