We are seeking an Instrument & Control Technician II (Senior Technician) in Colorado Springs, CO, to support operations and maintenance of a simple cycle gas power plant. This role is responsible for the testing, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), plant instrumentation, electrical systems, and Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) to ensure safe and reliable operations. The technician will analyze test data, interpret P&IDs and control logic, support system startups, and perform both preventative and corrective maintenance while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of power plant or industrial instrumentation and electrical experience (or equivalent hands-on experience), strong knowledge of DCS/PLC systems such as GE Mark VI and ABB Bailey INFI 90, and familiarity with CEMS systems, along with the ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and communicate effectively across teams and vendors.
