Licensed Journeyman Electricians – Data Center Projects (Long-Term)
Locations: Cedar Rapids, IA or North Dakota
Start Date: ASAP
Pay & Per Diem
• Iowa: $50/hour + $178/day per diem
• North Dakota: $60/hour + $125/day per diem
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
Project Duration
• Iowa: 3-year project
• North Dakota: 2-year project
Schedule
• Monday–Saturday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Consistent overtime available (50–60+ hours/week typical)

Position Overview
We are hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for large-scale, long-term data center construction projects. These are high-hour, stable opportunities with consistent per diem and long project durations.

Scope of Work
• New-build data center construction
• Commercial & industrial electrical installation
• Conduit (EMT/IMC/Rigid), cable tray, and wiring
• Power distribution, panels, and equipment installation
• Work in mission-critical, high-spec environments

Requirements (Must Have)
• Active Journeyman Electrician License
• Must hold one of the following:
○ Iowa Journeyman License or
○ Active license from an approved reciprocal state
• No exceptions – must be licensed
