The manager will drive process development and improvement, establish and maintain manufacturing standards, and lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Additional duties include supporting new materials and process development, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and safety regulations, and maintaining accurate project documentation and timelines. Strong shop floor experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or process engineering is required, along with proven leadership and team management skills. A bachelor’s degree is required; precision stamping or molding experience is preferred.
