Principal Project Controls Cost Estimator in Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Seeking an experienced Project Controls Cost Estimator to support natural gas EPC/EPCM projects. Role includes developing detailed bottoms‑up and parametric estimates, reviewing QTOs, performing cost/variance analysis, benchmarking, and supporting risk/contingency reviews. Must be strong in Excel, estimating tools (InEight), cost forecasting, and working with engineering/construction teams. Requires 9 to 11+ years project controls experience on multi‑million‑dollar, high‑risk utility/energy projects. Full‑time, onsite 5 days/week in Charlotte. Per diem may be available for eligible candidates.
