Support hydro generation sites across the Hydro East Fleet as a Hydro Construction Oversight Specialist. This is a field‑based role providing daily contractor oversight, safety leadership, and project execution support. Travel is required; mileage reimbursement

What You will Do
Lead field oversight, walkdowns, safety checks, and LOTO compliance

Support project planning, outage prep, kickoff meetings, and schedule updates

Act as the primary site contact for installation contractors

Enforce safety standards, stop‑work authority, and critical lift procedures

Submit daily logs, weekly updates, event reports, and maintain punch lists

Review contractor timesheets and ensure contract compliance

What You Need
10+ years construction/utility/hydro experience + 2‑year technical degree
OR 15+ years experience in lieu of degree

Strong background in LOTO, hydro safety, QC, contractor oversight

Experience with Green 2 or multiple Green 1 projects

Ability to travel frequently and work occasional OT
