Responsible for leading maintenance and engineering activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facilities and equipment. Oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs, outage planning, contractor management, CMMS administration, budgeting, equipment reliability improvements, and maintenance team development. Investigates equipment failures, performs root cause analyses, and provides technical support for operational and process improvements while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of relevant maintenance and engineering experience.
