The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a power generation facility during assigned shifts. This role oversees plant operators, coordinates operational and maintenance activities, ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, monitors plant performance to maximize generation output, supports operator training and development, and responds to abnormal operating conditions. The ideal candidate has power plant operations experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage plant activities in a fast-paced, 24/7 operating environment.
