The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of power plant mechanical, electrical, electronic, and control systems while completing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This role diagnoses equipment issues, performs inspections and calibrations, supports outage work, manages tools and inventory, documents work in the CMMS, and ensures safe, compliant operations across plant equipment, buildings, and grounds. It requires strong technical skill in power plant systems, the ability to respond to equipment alarms and failures, and a commitment to safety, reliability, and efficient plant performance.
