​Correct breaker size (amperage and interrupting rating)

​Proper installation per manufacturer specifications

​Correct torque on all lugs and terminations (using calibrated torque wrenches)

​Proper wire sizes and color coding

​ Phase identification and labeling

​No physical damage or contamination inside switchgear

​Miscellaneous testing as needed
