Commercial Electrician – Tampa Bay, FL

Pay: $28–$35/hr, based on experience
Location: Tampa Bay Area, FL
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring experienced Commercial Electricians for ongoing work throughout the Tampa Bay area. Projects include commercial service, remodels, tenant build-outs, renovations, upgrades, and new construction.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems
Install panels, breakers, circuits, receptacles, switches, lighting, and related equipment
Bend and install EMT, rigid conduit, PVC, and other raceway systems
Pull, splice, label, and terminate branch circuits and feeders
Work with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
Perform commercial lighting, service upgrades, remodels, and new construction work
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and wiring diagrams
Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete repairs efficiently
Follow NEC requirements and company safety procedures
Coordinate professionally with supervisors, customers, contractors, and other trades
Qualifications
Previous commercial electrical experience required
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation and troubleshooting
Ability to bend conduit and perform clean, accurate installations
Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic electrical hand tools required
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
Must be able to perform the physical requirements of commercial electrical work
Must be able to pass applicable pre-employment screening requirements
Compensation

$28–$35 per hour, depending on commercial electrical experience and overall qualifications.

This is a full-time opportunity with consistent work throughout the Tampa Bay area on a variety of commercial service, renovation, and construction projects.
