We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and profitable operation of a power generation facility, with a strong preference for combined-cycle and gas turbine experience. This role will oversee plant operations, maintenance, engineering, staffing, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance, budgets, outages, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring the facility meets production and performance goals. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of power generation operations and/or maintenance experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with budgeting, cost control, contracts, plant performance, and regulatory requirements. A bachelors degree in engineering or a related field is highly desired, and experience with O&M agreements, PPAs, LTSAs, and other commercial aspects of power generation is a plus. This position requires relocation to the Omaha, NE area.
