Project Overview

We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen for a long-term industrial construction project located approximately 1.5 hours outside of Tonopah, Nevada. This is a remote, high-altitude job site (7,000+ feet) with primarily outdoor work. The project involves refurbishing an existing industrial facility and constructing a new plant.

Schedule & Logistics
60 hours per week (6 x 10-hour shifts)
On-site hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Daily transportation provided from Tonopah to the job site
Depart Tonopah approximately 4:15-4:30 AM and return around 6:00 PM
Housing is available in Tonopah, though options can be limited due to the size of the town
Company-provided transportation to and from the project site
Compensation & Benefits
$41.00/hour
$770 weekly per diem
Computer equipment provided for Foreman roles if needed
Company supplies specialty tools and precision equipment, including laser and optical levels
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews of approximately 6 Journeymen and up to 12 wire pullers
Coordinate daily work activities and ensure production goals are met
Enforce safety standards and quality workmanship
Read and interpret electrical prints, blueprints, and construction drawings
Coordinate installation, startup, and commissioning activities
Communicate effectively with project management and craft personnel
Qualifications
8+ years of electrical construction experience
5-10+ years of Electrical Foreman experience in industrial environments
Proven experience supervising crews of 12+ employees
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and field drawings
Required Electrical Experience
Low, medium, and high-voltage systems
Underground and above-ground conduit installation
Rigid conduit
Cable tray and switchgear installation
Cable pulling, terminations, and testing
Instrumentation and controls
Plant startup and commissioning
