PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Propulsion Engineer in Everett, WA.

Job Description:

• Defines, coordinates and controls the functional and physical interfaces between the propulsion system and the vehicle.
• Develops specifications and architectural and configuration concepts for associated vehicle systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Configures or designs propulsion sub-systems and components to meet all vehicle design and performance criteria.
• Uses various testing, analysis, modeling and simulation tools to estimate or calculate system performance.
• Defines and performs certification tests for propulsion sub-systems and components.
• Works under general direction.

Education requirements:

• Please make sure all submitted candidates have a Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. If they do not meet this requirement, please withdraw them from consideration ASAP

Experience:

• Vehicle and Propulsion Integration
• Analyze & Interpret Engr Data
• Propulsion System Analysis

Mandatory:

• FADEC = Full Authority Digital Engine Controller
• EEC = Electronic Engine Controller

Preference:

• Turbo Engine experience, for aviation only.
• Electrical engineering or wire design experience.
