USAR6443 HELP DESK SPECIALIST OAK RIDGE, TN 10 MONTHS PART TIME - NO PER DIEM - LOCAL ONLY
Move and connect IT equipment including computers, monitors, printers, etc.
Communicate to other team members and assist users with basic computer set up as needed.
Troubleshoot issues as directed by IT infrastructure manager or HD lead.
Provide support to Senior Managers.
Furnish assistance to answering Helplines request for service of laptops, desktops, software, printers, software computer accounts and passwords.
Support deployment of IT equipment to the field, day to day tech support to clients, and check out process for personnel leaving the project or company.
3 years experience with MS office apps.
