- 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri
- Taking inbound calls of two different types:
1. Upgrade/New Product-Customers calling in looking for advice on new trolling motors or new products to add to their current trolling motor set up.
2. Replacement parts-Customers calling in asking questions on current issues that they are having with their current trolling motors. Candidates will be trouble shooting issues over the phone. They will be guiding customers toward the correct replacement part.
- Candidates will be using Johnson online replacement parts system. It is a series of drop down boxes so that they can find the correct replacement parts.
- They will also use the same system to find the correct new products/trolling motors per boat.
Basic data entry will take place per call
- Enjoyment of fishing
- 6 months of customer service experience
