Seeking to hire an Inside Sales Manager for a client located in Surrey, BC. The candidate must have at least 5-10 years of inside and outside sales experience and a competitive spirit. Must be able to hit the ground running.
The Inside Sales Manager will have the great opportunity to build and grow a position of their own managing different accounts. Therefore, the candidate must be entrepreneurial and excited to be the point of contact with the existing portfolio of customers. Some clients are smaller retail shops, but also serve larger corporate companies through Amazon.
- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience (mix of Inside and Outside Sales) for a company that sells their products online.
- Drive for results and competitive (verify through references).
- ERP experience.
- Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken.
NICE TO HAVES
- Pre-existing portfolio of clients.
- Previous experience dealing with corporate buyers.
- Primarily point of contact for the existing portfolio of clients.
- Volume of calls is about 10-20 per day, and there will be about 20-30 emails per day.
- Clients will established accounts will contact the ISR with new orders to stock up their inventory.
- Volume of orders varies from a pallet to a truck load.
- If somebody is ambitious, they can be calling accounts to generate sales.
- Coordinating advanced orders, check the inventory.
- Suggest new products to clients to drive sales growth and account saturation.
- Focus is service and order taking.
- Helping the GM with various client-related matters.
- Coordinate with warehouse for orders for clients.
- Fill out sales paperwork paperwork and update sales in the ERP system.
- Coordinate sales and look for opps top pocket opportunities.
Pay: 60-80k/annually + bonuses.
