Horaire: Doit tre disponible 24/7 (du lundi au dimanche) - une certaine flexibilit est possible.




  • Les specialiste assisteront les clients qui essaient d'utiliser le site Web. Le client saisit son problme et identifie une assistance potentielle proximit (dpanneuses, etc.).

  • Ils reoivent environ 50 60 appels entrants et peuvent faire des appels sortants pour aider toute personne ayant des problmes ou des questions sur le site Web.

  • Ils seront sur les appels ainsi que sur la messagerie SMS, leur quart de travail sera divis 50/50 dans les deux tches. Par consquent, ils doivent tre l'aise pour parler et crire en anglais et en franais

  • Les agents prendront des appels aux tats-Unis et au Canada, et 30% de leurs appels seront en franais

  • Utiliser la technologie CRM pour crer de nouvelles demandes de service client


Exigences:

  • Minimum 1 an. d'exprience dans le service client (cela pourrait tre un service client ou face face)

  • Comptences avec un PC, familier avec Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, etc.)

  • Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et franais)

  • Excellentes comptences en communication (crite et verbale);

  • Motive et comptitive et ncessitant une supervision minimale

  • Capacit de naviguer dans plusieurs navigateurs Web

  • Une attention exceptionnelle aux dtails

  • Bien organis avec une solide thique de travail

  • Horaire flexible; capable de se prsenter n'importe quel quart de travail et dispos travailler les fins de semaine, les jours fris et les heures supplmentaires




Customer Support Specialist
*WORK FROM HOME POSITIONS* (AUG 10 Start Date)
Schedule: Must be available 24/7 (Monday-Sunday)- some flexibility is possible.

  • Urgent.ly has created a website that allows drivers to call roadside assistance services straight from their phone.

  • The candidates will be assisting customers who are trying to use the website. The customer enters their problem and identifies potential support nearby (tow trucks etc).

  • They receive about 50-60 inbound calls and can place outbound calls to assist any individuals who are having issues or have questions about the website.

  • They will be on calls as well as SMS messaging, their shift will be 50/50 split in both tasks. Therefore, they need to be comfortable talking and writing in both English and French

  • The agents will be taking US and Canada calls, and 30% of their calls will be in french

  • Because this is a Startup, the ability to move cross functionally throughout the organization, they will have to be willing to pick up any task that is required of them

  • Strong sense of urgency handling a high-volume amount of inbound and occasionally outbound calls

  • Utilize CRM technology to create new customer service requests


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 yr. Customer Service Experience (it could be face to face customer service)

  • Customer service experience at high service retailers or call centers

  • Superb telephone etiquette

  • Typing /PC Skills, familiar with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts etc)

  • Fluently bilingual (English & French)

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills; bilingual speakers preferred

  • Highly driven and competitive in nature requiring minimal supervision

  • Ability to navigate through multiple web browsers

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Well organized with a strong work ethic

  • Proven track record of adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Desire to work in a Startup environment, keeping an open, and proactive mindset

  • Flexible schedule able to report in for any shift & willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

  • Outgoing, personable and fun!
