- Make outbound calls in a call center environment to check and update the status on shipped products and provide customer support where needed
- Appropriately update the shipping tickets via internal computer systems.
- Provide customer support for shipping tickets on inbound and outbound products being repaired at the company's repair depot.
- Assist with other inbound call support as needed
- Must have great customer service experience
- Must have Strong Microsoft office experience
- Call center experience preferred, not required
