Customer Service Rep (7302180)

Job Description


  • Make outbound calls in a call center environment to check and update the status on shipped products and provide customer support where needed

  • Appropriately update the shipping tickets via internal computer systems.

  • Provide customer support for shipping tickets on inbound and outbound products being repaired at the company's repair depot.

  • Assist with other inbound call support as needed



Qualifications:

  • Must have great customer service experience

  • Must have Strong Microsoft office experience

  • Call center experience preferred, not required
